Last night my mexican friends invited me for dinner to PER SE restaurant in the Time Warner Center. I could write endless pages of the experience we all had, but nothing would make justice. It has been by far, the best meal that I have EVER had in my life.
Thomas Keller the chef is a genius. The 18 course meal is a banquet to the senses, a combiantion of unexpected flavours. The service, the porcelain plates, the wine, the company, everything was outstanding. An unforgettable treat. Thank-you CARLOS!
